The Northampton Living Wage Coalition invites individuals and organizations to become part of a growing living wage movement.
Three Ways to be Eligible:
- Live in Northampton;
- Work in Northampton; or
- Do business in Northampton
All members of the Northampton Living Wage Coalition must agree with the Coalition’s basic principles:
A Living Wage is a Human Right. All employees should earn a Living Wage, a wage that enables employees to meet their basic needs including: decent housing; food; transportation; clothing; utilities; and medical care.
Coalition members will make it a priority to patronize certificated living wage employers.
